Job Requirements: The Events and Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for events throughout the year and provides administrative support to the fundraising department. They will work alongside the Director of Development to ensure that event operations are well organized, fun, and customer centered. This Coordinator is a crucial member of the development and administrative team and must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, well versed in customer service best practices, and skilled at communicating in a clear and friendly way. Job Requirements: The Deputy Code Enforcement Officer & Town Health Officer is responsible for supporting the community and ensuring compliance with Mount Desert's regulations and building codes. This role includes issuing and inspecting plumbing, electrical, building permits, and performing other Code Enforcement duties as directed by the Code Enforcement Officer. Job Requirements: The Full Time Fire Fighter/EMT will be responsible for incident response, apparatus operation and maintenance, report writing, fire ground operations and emergency medical responses. Responsibilities also include daily station duties, of which, include equipment and facilities maintenance, bi-weekly fire and/or medical training, fire prevention, medical responses, and public relations. For Mount Desert Nursing Association patients assigned to his/her care, and in accordance with standards of practice, the Registered Community Health Nurse (RN) is responsible for agency patient initial and on-going assessments.  He/she works with the patient in the development and implementation of the plan of care and evaluates its effectiveness.  The CHN reports to the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Supervisor as assigned and supervises the Home Health Aides and LPNs as assigned to their clinical patients.

The MDNA currently has one full-time, exempt, benefit eligible position in Northeast Harbor, Maine.
