    Short Description: The Administrative Assistant provides direct support to the Director of Operations with the camp registration system and to the Director of Development for database and clerical support; he/she also supports the year-round leadership team, including the Executive Director, Director of Development, and the Camp Director with administrative tasks.     Job Requirements: The Events and Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for events throughout the year and provides administrative support to the fundraising department. They will work alongside the Director of Development to ensure that event operations are well organized, fun, and customer centered. This Coordinator is a crucial member of the development and administrative team and must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, well versed in customer service best practices, and skilled at communicating in a clear and friendly way.     Job Requirements: The Yard Manager is responsible for supervising all yard activities working closely with Service Manager on planning and scheduling all yard activities including launching and hauling, physically locating boats, maintenance of waterfront equipment including floats, ramps, moorings and yard watercraft.     Job Requirements: Some of this position’s duties include commissioning and decommissioning masts and sails for service and storage. Assess, repair, replace, and maintain spars, rigging, and deck hardware. Boat handling experience and basic DC electrical knowledge preferred but not required. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other staff members on various projects throughout the preserve. Reporting to the Abby Garden Manager, this 9-month (1560 hours/year) position has a full benefit package.     Job Requirements: The Full Time Fire Fighter/EMT will be responsible for incident response, apparatus operation and maintenance, report writing, fire ground operations and emergency medical responses. Responsibilities also include daily station duties, of which, include equipment and facilities maintenance, bi-weekly fire and/or medical training, fire prevention, medical responses, and public relations.
